Just Getting Warmed Up!


Well, today was 20 minutes on the weights, and 1 hr and 5 min on treadmill and stationary bike. Salad for lunch, bowl of dry cheerios for breakfast. Working this evening and taking a salad for dinner. Not hungry, No problems; just looking for someone to keep up with me :0)
