Change your look not just your wieght

I know you guys know this, but just so you don't forget it. You have to lift weights and build muscle to change your shape. You can do just cardio and lose 20lbs and if you looked like a pear before you will still look like a pear just a smaller one. Also, building muscle is also the most important ingredient in increasing your metabolism as it burns 8-10 times more calories at rest.

Sprinters in my opinion have the most ideal physique. How do they train??
