Yall don't be discouraged by this update, I might be willing to give the $50 dollars back to the second place winner. I have had nothing but protein since leaving Jen's (I did have a little OJ last night to replinish the electrolytes), and I have punished myself with the weights and cardio work!!
Sat: Legs and back workout. 30 minutes on treadmill and 30 minutes on elliptical
Two a Day Workout on Sunday: Chest and shoulders workout, 30 min on StairMaster, 30 min on elliptical. It just wasn't enough, I need to feel more pain!! So I went for a 7 mile run last night.
No Excuses!! No Pain No Gain!! I could hear Mickey in my corner on last two miles of my run last night.

Good start youself, but let see if you can keep it up for 3 months, cause it don't count til the weigh in date.
ReplyDeleteYes, and please Mark, you are not 20 anymore. Sustain that without a build up and you are at high risk for injury. Also, an all protien diet is a yoyo diet. You will gain it back as soon as you are off of it. Do it slow and steady.
