Yeh right. Learing to swim has been the most difficult physical challenge that I can remember. Cheryl & the kids met me at the pool today at the end of my swim and Cheryl took some video and pictures so I could analyze my stroke. I have gotten so much faster and smoother but I see alot of room for improvement.
We had a great time at the pool. Eleanora has been asking to go swimming and they have been heating the pool all fall & winter so I wanted to go this week if the weather was good. The high was around 75 today and the pool is about 80 degrees so all was perfect. Sunny, warm and a good day for some splashing.
Nice to have a heated pool ight in your neighborhood. It's good you're able to "cross train" in something else while your other injuries heal up.
ReplyDeleteYeah! Heated pool would be nice. Course we wouldn't be swimming in our pool this time of year even if it was heated! Great job, Matt.
